Is 105 over weight for a 13 year old 4'9 girl?

I'm in recovery for anorexia and my doctor said if I go under 105 he's gonna send me back to the unit i was at .he said I have to stay this weight so I can have my period because when I went under 105 it stopped .but the bmi charts say I'm over weight so I'm confused
