Is this good for losing weight and will it work?

So i am not eating pasta,potatoes,bread and i dont drink juices,dont eat sweets,snacks(chips etc),i drink water only and i do squats,abs and push-ups...also o run 10 floors of my building every day once and it is really exhausting.I dont eat after 18:00...is this enough for loosing fat and how long will it take? i am 16 years old male 95 kg and 185 cm...how long till i start loosing fat...im doing it for 10 days but i can see change especially on my butt it isnt jelly-like when im walking and is more lifted and looks more like bubble than like jelly...is this sign of progress??
