Hey everyone.
I'm extremely busy every day. I study, work, write... I manage to squeeze in a few minutes or so per day, but now that I have even less time, I'm beginning to worry that I'll lose my muscle/gain weight/etc.
Any way I can exercise that doesn't require hours of time but will still get me a toned body (one that doesn't show how little amount of time I have to work out).
