Jump roping barefoot or with shock absorbing shoes for preventing future joint pain.

Hi,



So I mainly do jump roping for cardio, but I'm unsure if it's better to do it barefoot or with shoes.



To specify, what would cause the least wear and tear to my joints, jump roping barefoot on a carpet or jump roping on cement, or some other hard surface, with shoes?
