I try & eat my share of popcorn as it's a little fiber & filling, it's low cal, low fat, as I don't mean the movie theater, dripping with melted butter! I do spray on some light margarine as it's just enough flavor & so few calories & fat. I also sprinkle sometimes with cheese.
