I'm just trying to see what the mix is here on SHS, I know there is a wide range.
I like a mixture of jogging and a bit of weight lifting even though I'm only really starting out with that. To mix it up every now and then I do an Insanity day from Shaun T. I used to teach aerobics, boxercise and circuit training and will hopefully (fingers crossed!) get back to teaching something.
I like to work out 5 - 6 days a week even though that has lapsed a bit in the last few weeks I will be back to it this week.
