I'm terrible at designing workout playlists. What usually happens is I throw all my "workout" like music onto a playlist and then spend time at the gym flipping through songs to find the right one. I want to avoid this kind of time-wasting.
Advice on the science? The art? Of designing a perfect playlist?
I like to run (mid-pace) and to use the cardio machines. For strength training, I find any music works. It's for cardio that I need a really stellar playlist.
