The Ideal Food For You

If you could make a certain favorite food or foods, completely healthy for you, what would it be? Perhaps low cal/fat, low sodium, fortified with essential vitamins & minerals, etc., you get the idea!



Mine would be either doughnuts or pizza, as I love them both! I will have to add tacos also! I had some deep fried tortillas for my tacos today - so good!
