Can anyone suggest anyone workout routines that are used to do cardio and build up my bottom? I run sometimes, but I feel like I lose weight rather than build muscle. I'm already rather skinny, so I would like to build muscles in certain areas instead. I also do squats, but I do not feel like they are enough to get my heart rate going. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
