When I was applying for a certain teaching job, I was asked why I had a failing mark in my transcript of records. I was surprised at first and didn't know what to say. I eventually admitted that I did not study well for that subject but after my failure, I realized that my effort wasn't that good enough. I also stated that my failure eventually lead me to strive harder to achieve my goals.
