I didn't think that they would be this beneficial to me. The vitamins started working immediately after taking them. I have higher energy throughout my day. I'm less sore when I get home from work and I don't feel tired as often. The gummies taste great and I think that helps in the break down of the vitamins. They come in a pack of 50 which you take two a day. For about $7-$8 a bottle.
