looking for breakfast for lots of energy throughout the morning

Right now for breakfast I'm having 3 eggs sunny side up on two pieces of toast, coffee, and a handful of almonds.



this is pretty good, but I'm looking to get even more energy for all my morning math classes.



I was thinking of maybe trying to work some tuna fish into my breakfast, because I've heard it's brain food. What do you guys think? Does anybody have a breakfast plan that they really stand by?
