Define healthy eating... A balanced diet (reaching macro and micronutrients targets, is healthy, not specific foods.)
In other words, no foods are inherently ''healthy'' it just doesn't exist, eating healthy as a lot to do with information and insisting that whole diet context is what matters and not separated meals or food items.
