With out at least a blender its almost a lost cause. if you can get a blender, you can make a massive variety of smoothies using fridge and shelf stable ingredients. Otherwise you are stuck with no bake diy protein/energy bars.
Still you can eat clean, high salt, with canned foods such as some chilli’s, refried beans, mix veg and corn, and salsa’s. I dont want to go down the road of lunch meats every day, just the thought makes my stomach churn. Hey you can also do cheeses, yogurts, cottage cheese… natty PB and J on wheat has almost perfect macros for at least one meal.&#thirteen;
