Ive recently been trying to lose weight by cutting down on my rice intake at night. I only eat fruits or yogurt for dinner and it seems okay before, but recently, I noticed that I dont have energy in the mornings. It got so bad that I had a hard time getting up; its like all the energy has been sucked out of me. Anyone got advice? I want to lose weight but I also want to have energy in the mornings.
