I caught a commercial the other day describing a service you can subscribe to online that offers you different work out routines each day for a low subscription, my question is do you utilize this service or are you searching through different sites for new work out routines? I understand you have to mix it up in order for any workout to become effective but do you achieve this by mixing up dvds, finding different routines online with instructions or do you simply let someone else do the work and show you a new routine a day?
