Back arching backwards

Hey everyone, I'm typing this while doing some weird stretch but anyway...



I think my back is arching backwards a bit more than it's supposed to be. Like a backwards hunch, if that makes sense.



I read somewhere that this happens if you work out your arm and shoulder muscles too much, and your core/abs aren't strong enough to support the new muscles, so you bend backwards. I think maybe that's what happened, because a few weeks ago I was only working my arms out, not my abs. But I'm female, so it's not like I've made 10 lbs of new muscle or something.



I'm starting to work my abs out more, but I'm not sure if that was my back's problem.



Any ideas? Do I need to be worried? Thanks :)
