Are these good workouts for slimmer thighs and hips?

Pilates, barre, kickboxing with hand weights, stationary bike, running intervals on treadmill, yoga, brazillian butt lift, which consists of plie squats and lunges, and of course eating healthy. I'm 19 btw :)
