In the past month, I have had an issue with bruising. I come home from work and bruises cover my legs in tiny black and red patches. They seem to be more dominant on my legs more than anywhere else on my body, and the bruises only last for 2 to 3 days. A friend suggested that it could be an issue caused by my diet. Have you ever heard of this before? Any theories?
