I use to do HIIT running sessions. I started at 4 minutes and eventually progressed to 30 minutes sessions. As of now, I probably can't even do 4 minutes :o . I'm thinking about doing some HIIT session if I start cutting. I'm just not sure if I should do running or any other sort of HIIT variations. Any one here have does any other variations of HIIT that they recommend?
