I do not really have many of those.. but there are times when bad moods happen... I generally do not like to get stuck in the rut so, I play some good music.. soft melodious and calming / jumpy and exciting depending on what I need.
I jump a rope or get on my elliptical machine for a few minutes..
I get out of the place and go out for a closer walk with nature..
These three things are sure to get me out of my moodiness.
