taking creatine but only working out 3 times a week...

Hey everyone,



Hoping someone can help me out or I can get some feedback.



I'm not incredibly out of shape, but definitely not crazy in shape either...



I feel a lot more energy when I'm on creatine and I continue using it because i simply "feel better" while on it and working out...

I currently only work out 3 times a week, mostly cardio with a 30 minute session of some simple weight lifting.



Am I benefiting from creatine or is this just all in my head?
