I use a waist trimming belt almost every time I exercise. I really feel that this makes a difference in the amount of pounds that I shed. It also smoothes out my stomach which makes it easier for me to feel and engage the proper muscles. I wear mine under my yoga pants. I have even worn it lower in order to target my hips. It works great!
