I am trying to incorporate more oatmeal into my diet - mostly at breakfast. I was never a hot cereal person, but I know it is good for me and cholesterol issues run in the family. I like the heartier oatmeal - steel cut varieties - and add some flax seed meal to beef up nutrition. But it is all pretty boring. I have added fruit - mostly berries - but suspect other people are a lot more inventive than I am. Any great ideas?
