Road Trip Food

Hey everyone :)

I'm going on a looong road trip from one end of England to the other (with my family, we have business on the other side, lol). We are going to get up at 4am, and drive till about maybe 9 or 10am. Then we're going get back in the car about two hours and drive about 6 hours home again.

The problem is the food. I can't eat at 4am, meaning I'll have to have my breakfast in the car. My dad bought a bag of chocolate croissants but I'm obviously not going to eat them, so I was thinking two pieces of fruit (instead of my usual oatmeal).

What do you think? What healthy and calorific enough think could I take? I only have basic foods at home, and I think I'm out of bananas (damn, they give a lot of energy).
