Anyone here use calorie counting to lose weight? It seems to be the only thing that has worked for me in all the things I've tried. I have learned the hard way that pills and gimmicks don't work. I'm at a point in my life where I believe everything in moderation is a good thing. I don't cut out any foods. If I want something, I eat it, but I also count the calories. If I don't have room for it in my calories, I don't eat it. I have days where I'm over my calorie limit. Then, I cut back the next day. I've lost 25 pounds doing this.
