DO YOU FEEL SAD IN WINTER?

Especially if you are a woman, does the winter makes you sad?

The cut out in the day light disturbs the balance of the brain chemicals and upsets the biological clock. This increases the MELATONIN and reduces the SEROTONIN the chemicals that keeps us in happy mood, according to the DR HICKS, a medical journalists.
