Ideas to stay motivated?

Was just curious to get some input on what some of you might do to stay motivated to work out? I had started working out pretty heavy this past year and just when I finally started seeing results, I started losing my motivation (on a bit of a lazy streak) where I went from working out 3-4 times per week, to about 1-2 times per week (and of course, I am starting to regress). Any helpful tips?
