It might sound odd to many of you but I don't know how to swim.I unfortunately learnt ,from a colleague, that swimming was the best workout routine for me since I have a knee injury and can't do most of the strenuous exercises.
I'm considering learning how to swim to help with my fitness but can't just figure out how effective this would be. Any helpful tips for me?
