Recently I got a new job which involves heavy lifting throughout most of the day, 7 hours a day, 5 days per week (sometimes 6). We have 5 breaks each day of 20 minutes, but we are seriously working hard. I'm finding it fine, apart from muscle soreness towards the end of the week. What should I expect the results of this to be. I'm no longer doing my regular weight training regimen as i get more than enough at work anyway.
