Does anybody incorporate tea into their routine to enhance fat lose? I have recently heard that tea can actually promote the burning of fat while exercising but I'm not sure if it could really cause a significant difference. Of course it does tons of other good things like boost immune systems and keeps free radicals from doing nasty things in our bodies which means you should drink it whether exercising or not.
