I know that fasting can be beneficial to our health. But I really find it almost impossible to make it up to three days and even if I was able to make it, it is really hard for me to do it again. So I thought of having it on and off. I mean I think that way it can be done without having to fear undergoing the process again. Anyone here knows if it is good or bad for the body?
