Mentally motivating one's self is the most critical aspect of any workout. It is what makes or breaks a regimen, and lack of adequate drive can inhibit one from achieving their fitness goal.
I personally have trouble "toughing it out". I think I need to work on the inner-voice that seems to motivate most people that have achieved their fitness goals, but I am unsure how.
