Stop drinking coffee to stop feeling tired!

It's been a year since I stopped drinking coffee and started to avoid high amounts of caffeine altogether.



It started from me trying to find out how addicted I was to caffeine. The first two weeks were really rough and I felt more tired than before, but during the third week I started to feel really fresh, aware and awake, something I hadn't felt in a long time.
