Rebounding Excercises

I've noticed that rebounding exercises are rarely mentioned or even tried. Rebounding is pretty much when you jump on a trampoline. I recently bought a mini trampoline. I jump on it for about 30 minutes per day for cardio. It's a better alternative to running because it preserves your joints. It also helps your balance, which in turn will help you in the weight room. Having good balance can make a huge difference in the symmetry of your physique. Have any of you guys tried rebounding?
