Seems the older I get the less I sleep.

Seems to be the older I get the less I am able to sleep. I struggle to sometimes fall asleep and other times to stay asleep.



Is it hormones? Stress? What is the cause of so many woman who are in their 40's and 50's getting less sleep?



I have tried a lot of different things to make it easier, but in truth I have found nothing is working for me yet.



Why does this seem to be happening to people I know around my age group? Any ideas of suggestions?
