STAIR WALKING

This is for people like me, who cannot afford going to gym for time and the people who cannot afford the heavy membership fees. Stair training. A perfect cardio vascular exercise. Probably we all stay in some apartment and work at offices where stairs are challenging. We use them only when the elevator service is failed. But we can use the stair regularly as an exercise.
