I have been trying to lose weight for quite a long time. I have lost a few pounds but that is it. I have worked with a fitness trainer and a nutritionist. I follow my weight loss and exercise plan without cheating. My doctor has done some basic lab work and come up with no causes. Yet, I cannot lose weight at all. I don't know what else to do.
