I though I give some non-gym workout routines for beginners. Just follow the steps.
1) Throw your feet on something elevated and increase the difficulty of your push ups.
2) Put your feet on one chair, you hands on another, and do dips in between the two to work your triceps.
3) Use your pull up bar and just hang. Then just lift yourself a bit and do that until your burn out for a decent shoulder workouts.
4) Buy you some resistants bands. You can do a lot more with that. Lots of biceps, triceps, chest and shoulder workouts with bands.
5) Hold the 20's at your shoulders and do squats. Won't be much at first but after a couple sets of 25 it'll be a good leg workout.
6) Put your back against a wall and squat. Hold your arms out and stay in that position as long as you can. Do it a few times.
7) Take the 20's and lift your arms up wide to the side like you are doing a bird flying motion or something. Good shoulder workout.
8) Get in the push up position and put the 20 in the center of your chest, grab both ends of the bell and do a pushup. Works your chest and more of your triceps.
