Most websites I look at go by the Body Mass Index (BMI). I feel that the BMI doesn't take a lot of important things into account, the main one being, natural body "size" or "frame"
For example, my brother and I are both 6 foot 5 inches. Besides the fact that he is slim and I am overweight, we simply have two very different body structures. I have a massive frame and my brother doesn't. If we were both the same weight, I would have to have less fat on me than him to make up for my naturally bigger body (I'm NOT talking about fat when I say "naturally bigger body").
If both our arms had the same amount of fat on them, you could snap his arm and you would have to put some work into trying to do the same to mine. I have massive broad shoulders while he is a tiny little thing. My arm is probably 1.5 times bigger than his without fat.
Is there any way to know what my ideal weight would be to suit my body type and actually take that into account because height alone is deceptive and very inaccurate
