Do you work out better when you have a work out buddy or do you find yourself shedding more pounds when you are working alone.
Reason for the question:
I am considering putting together a work out support group for women and men much like myself trying to become toned and change their overall lifestyle to become healthier. When contacting individuals through multiple media outlets, I found many individuals seemed to have a lacking in motivation and I didn't want that to become infectious within the group. So do you think it's better for me to just keep to myself and maybe pencil in a group work out session once or twice a week when everyone is available so I can share some infectious optimism or do you think it's just better to focus on yourself and call it a day?
