I am recently hired as a security crew at a local museum. It is a great job the only thing I don’t want is my schedule. I work starting 8pm to 6am. It is a graveyard shift as they call it. The problem is I can’t sleep on day time. This is going on for a week now and I fell like I am tuned into zombie. How do you sleep at day and awake at night?
