I had a C-section and I was wondering from all the women out there is it best to keep a cardio routine going to lose the belly at least some of it? I know that it may be hard for me to lose it since you know i had surgery. I wanted to know if there are an specific exercises out there that can help as well. Thank you in advance. :)
