2--The Conventional Holiday Ham

3--Soda

4--Margarine

5--Processed Pumpkin Seeds

6--Potato Chips

7--Bagels

8--Peanuts

9--Vegetable Shortening

10--Sugar Packed Sweet Potatoes



There are some surprises on the list. I was shocked by Agave Nectar. I also learned that it's not really a healthy sugar alternative. Sugar packed sweet potatoes is also surprising. They are a staple during the holidays for my family. Baked sweet potatoes to sweet potato pies. I only eat them at the end of the year. I'm not prepared to give up my slice of pie.
