I keep reading interesting things about the Paleo diet online, but always just mentioning it in passing. Several of my favorite recipes on Pinterest are either labeled "Paleo" or written on a blog about that diet. However, I don't have a good grasp of what it's all about (in practical terms -- I know it's based around eating more like our ancestors). Can someone give me an overview or point me to a good comprehensive resource? I appreciate it!
