I am lately very stressed and have a little amount of energy left for everyday so therefore I always try to drink a lot of caffeine because it seems I can't be without it inna daily basis as well as sleeping for 5 hours or less a night. My schedule is very busy so I have no choice on my sleeping habits. Is there any "healthy" energy drink or even vitamin out there to help with my energy levels?
