What do you like better for your workout? Can you work out just as hard on either one or does one seem to push you harder?
I personally do better with a treadmill for some reason it seems so natural that I can keep going longer and workout harder as well. My heart rate for the most part gets higher on a treadmill as well.
I do like the change every once in a while though to mix it up. When I started on an elliptical I could only go for like 10 minutes, now an hour is easy. So, it does work and my endurance is getting better, but the treadmill makes me sweat it out!
