I usually eat mostly protein for my breakfast but I am curious if there is something to add to it or replace it with so I can gain some energy at the start of my day.
I have never experimented with this as I have to admit I have always gone with protein.
I am willing to do something different, and I am willing to prepare ahead of time if I need to.
