I've been taking Calcium with Magnesium for over a year, partly because I don't consume dairy so I figure I need the calcium, and partly because otherwise I get leg cramps when I'm pregnant. My son is 5 months old now though and I'm not sure I still need to be taking them. Does anyone else use cal + mag? I'd appreciate any tips on what it's good for and whether you can tell a difference.
