Green Smoothies

Has anyone else gotten into drinking green smoothies? I make one every morning (1 cup herbal tea + 2 handfuls greens + 1 cup fruit + 1 Tbsp peanut butter or coconut oil blended thoroughly). It seems to help me feel full all day and not crave sugary carbs, plus I seem to have more energy. What are your favorite recipes? Can you tell a difference when you drink them?
